The Evidence Thread Readiness Manual is built around CQC's draft adult social care framework, published March 2026. It covers all 24 KLOEs across the five key questions — with the same depth and structure as the SAF Manual — but organised around the Evidence Thread Method: a way of testing whether your practice, records, oversight, and outcomes can be followed as a continuous, unbroken thread from signal to result.
